Ocean Spray is hiring for a(n) Manager, Supply Chain Business Partner! We're a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. Three maverick farmers started it all - and we've been making our own way ever since.The Manager, Supply Chain Business Partner, supports the USA Foods & Beverage Ecosystem businesses, executing commercialization plans that translate commercial strategy into executable, valuecreating supply chain outcomes for an assigned brand, category, or customer portfolio. This role orchestrates crossfunctional teams to ensure endtoend supply readiness for new product launches, base business strategies, product/ pack/ portfolio changes, and capacity / capability planning for Foods & Beverage Ecosystem. The Manager supports mediumterm demand and capacity analysis and partners closely with Contract Manufacturing and Network Optimization teams without having direct oversight of those functions.

A Day in the Life...

Alignment & Planning

  • Ownday-to-daycoordination of assignedFoods &BeverageEcosystemlaunches, promotions, and portfolio changes from concept throughpostlaunchstabilization.

  • Facilitate stagegate deliverables; ensure readiness across Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, Procurement, and Customer Operations.

  • Prepare inputs to S&OP/IBP for theFoodsand Beverageportfolio; ensure demand, supply, and financial alignment.

  • Maintain a 12-18 monthlookahead for capacity signals with Supply and Production Planning;identifyconstraints and trigger options analysis.

  • Support scenario planning (e.g., mix shifts, stepup volumes, alternate pack/plant options) and document tradeoffs for leadership decisions.

CrossFunctional Coordination

  • Serve as the primary daytoday supply chain interface for Marketing, Sales, Finance, R&D, Packaging,Manufacturing,Engineering, Quality, and Customer Operations forFoods&BeverageEcosystem.

  • Coordinate specifications, BOMs, routings, labeling/packaging readiness, and regulatory/quality requirements with functional owners.

  • Support PMO withoperating cadence (projectstandups, risk reviews, stakeholder updates) and publish clear action lists and owners.

Data, Analytics & Reporting

  • Leverage ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP, IBP/APO) and advanced Excel/analytics to inform recommendations.

  • Partnership with Manufacturing(Internal & Coman)

  • Coordinate withPlants, Corporate Supply Chain &Contract Manufacturing leaders on timelines, MOQ/leadtime, qualification activities, and change control forFoods/Beverageitems.

  • Provide volume/mix forecasts and readiness inputs; support makevsbuy and sourcing recommendations with data as requested.

  • Track partner readiness and escalate risks; final sourcing decisions and supplier performance management remain with CM leadership.

Partnership with Network Optimization

  • Supply portfolio inputs (demand signals, service targets, constraints) to network studiesimpactingFoodsand Beverage.

  • Support implementation of network changes (item/plant moves, DC cutovers, inventory rebalancing) for the assignedFoodsand Beverageportfolio.

  • Coordinate change management, customer communication milestones, and cutover risk mitigation with functional owners.

Standards, Governance & Continuous Improvement

  • Drive continuous improvement and Lean/Six Sigma problem solving to reduce timeline slippage and variability.

  • Contribute to the maturation of the Commercialization pillar (tools, templates, best practices).

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, or Business.
5-7+ years of supply chain experience (CPG or similar highvelocity environment preferred), including exposure to commercialization/NPI.
Working knowledge of integrated planning, inventory management, manufacturing flow (internal and external), logistics, and customer operations.
Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to influence without formal authority.
Proficiency with ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP) and strong Excel/analytics skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problemsolving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
MBA or relevant advanced degree.
APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP) or equivalent.
Lean/Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher).
S&OP/IBP process involvement.

Bachelor's or University Degree (Required) Master's Degree (Preferred)

Annual Salary:

$105,800 - $145,420
