Position: SAP Project Manager 

Location: Boston, MA, NJ/NY/PA/CT/MA

Duration: Fulltime/Permanent

Key Qualification

* Extensive Hands-On experience in SAP Project Management and Jira

* Working knowledge of Excel and Agile

* Ability to learn at an escalated pace

* Self-motivated, dynamic, VERY detail oriented, works well with ambiguity and an extremely structured process

* Big picture perspective with the ability to recognize areas of opportunity

* Interpersonal and verbal/written communication

* Ability to set internal priority, create/adjust deadlines, work on them and follow up with stakeholders for completion

Job Description

* Review all new requests for a very nuanced process that has direct downstream impacts on our front-end partners and end-customers

* Change Management & Document Control: Setting up workflow roles, auditing changes for accuracy, system validations

* Gather key stakeholders’ approval from cross-functional teams

* Drive SLA adherence within established timelines

* Update critical tables essential for the smooth execution of a part substitution setup

* Update part status to inactive, active, and to new lifecycle phase statuses

* Triage support tickets and perform root-cause analysis

* Pulling data en masse to:

o Review material set ups

o Analyze product hierarchies

o Review historical context of previous actions in SAP

* Manage requests across multiple & related in-house tools
