From high-speed trains, metros, monorails, and trams, to turnkey systems, services, infrastructure, signalling and digital mobility, we offer our diverse customers the broadest portfolio in the industry. Every day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.

Alstom is the number one provider of rail solutions in the world. Our business holds the number one global market position in eight of the ten markets we service. Our product portfolio includes a full range of passenger rail vehicles, and we manufacture locomotives, bogies, propulsion and rail control solutions. Imagine using your expertise to lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars solutions for the future? If you are passionate about making a global impact and seek to make a difference shaping a sustainable future through innovative rail solutions, then we could be a perfect match for you.

Take on a new challenge and leverage your expertise in project management, engineering coordination, and supply chain within a complex and innovative rail environment. You will work with passionate, collaborative, and forward-thinking teams, playing a key role in managing Technical & Support Spare Supply Agreements (TSSSA) to ensure operational performance and customer satisfaction.

On a daily basis, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, procurement, logistics, maintenance, finance, and customer support. You will lead the lifecycle of spare parts supply agreements, ensuring on-time delivery, technical compliance, and cost control.

You will also play a critical role in obsolescence management, digital solutions deployment (e.g., HealthHub), and in supporting continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the lifecycle cost of assets across the REM project.

    • We'll look to you for:

    • Developing project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and budgets
    • Acting as the primary interface with the customer for all TSSSA-related activities
    • Coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, logistics, maintenance) to ensure seamless execution
    • Ensuring that spare parts comply with technical specifications and regulatory requirements
    • Managing the repair cycle and turnaround of Alstom-owned spare parts
    • Driving obsolescence management, especially for critical systems (e.g., signaling such as Urbalis), and proposing viable technical and financial solutions
    • Supporting contract execution and negotiations, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions
    • Monitoring financial performance, including cost control, forecasting, and profitability
    • Tracking KPIs and delivering regular project and performance reports
    • Identifying and mitigating technical, supply chain, and contractual risks
    • Developing and managing Variation Orders (VOs) for additional technical support or engineering studies
    • Supporting and optimizing HealthHub solutions, and proposing enhancements toward predictive and condition-based maintenance
    • Driving digital and technical initiatives to reduce lifecycle costs across subsystems (e.g., rolling stock, signaling, catenary, switches, CCTV)
    • Supporting training initiatives (e.g., simulators) and proposing improvements where needed

    • Your profile

We value passion and mindset as much as experience. Here are the key elements that will help you succeed:

    • Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
    • 5+ years of experience in project management within rail, transportation, or industrial environments
    • Strong understanding of rail systems, spare parts management, and maintenance practices
    • Experience with supply agreements, logistics, and customer support
    • Familiarity with obsolescence management and lifecycle asset management
    • PMP certification or equivalent is an asset

    • Skills & Competencies
    • Strong project management and organizational skills
    • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments
    • Solid technical understanding and ability to interpret engineering data
    • Strong customer focus and stakeholder management capabilities
    • Financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, cost control)
    • Risk management and problem-solving mindset
    • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and project management tools
    • Strong communication and reporting skills
    • Open mindset with a commercial and solution-oriented approach
    • Fluent in English (French strongly preferred in REM context)
