Baer is looking for SAP Project Systems Consultant for a 9+ month Federal remote project.
Title: SAP Project Systems Consultant
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 9 months
Rate: All-Inclusive
Alignment: W2 or C2C
Overview
The SAP Project Systems (PS) Consultant is responsible for owning end-to-end PS deliverables for a workstream or capability area. This role drives solution design, system configuration, integration coordination, testing, and go-live support while ensuring alignment with business requirements and SAP best practices.
Description:
  • Lead fit-gap workshops and define PS business processes for project planning, execution, budgeting, and period-end activities.
  • Configure and support SAP PS components, including WBS, networks, milestones, budgeting, cost planning, and settlement.
  • Coordinate integration with MM, FI/CO, SD, and time management solutions.
  • Develop functional specifications for enhancements, reports, interfaces, and forms.
  • Lead SIT and UAT activities, troubleshoot defects, and support issue resolution.
  • Support data migration, cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare activities.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to deliver successful outcomes.

Requirement:
  • 3+ years of SAP Project Systems (PS) experience.
  • Strong knowledge of project structures, budgeting, costing, planning, and settlement processes.
  • Experience integrating PS with MM, FI/CO, SD, and time management solutions.
  • Ability to lead workshops, create functional specifications, and support testing activities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • SAP PS certification preferred.
  • Experience with at least one full SAP implementation lifecycle.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
