Join our Raymond Team as an SAP Order Entry Specialist!
The Role:
We're seeking a passionate and dedicated SAP Order Entry Specialist who brings energy and expertise to the table. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering results and leading major strategic sourcing initiatives that are critical to current and future business needs. You will collaborate with a dynamic and diverse team to achieve shared goals. We value innovative and creative ideas-yes, even during meetings (where snacks are always welcome). What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage the full cycle of customer orders, from processing and verification through shipment and fulfillment.
  • Serve as the go-to resource for order-related inquiries, providing timely updates and resolutions - working closely with Service and Support Centers and National Accounts
  • Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure customer expectations are consistently met.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Order Entry System Maintenance
  • Assisting in SAP Implementation
What We're Looking For:
  • Associate's Degree in Business/Sales or two year's of related work experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Exceptional level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to multi-task and coordinate multiple projects with competing priorities
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management

Where and When You'll Work:

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:
Salary - $62,500 - $70,000 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate's education and experience.
Relocation: This position may qualify for relocation based on selected candidates' location.
