  • Manage and maintain material and vendor master data, performing regular data‑quality checks, mass‑maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with governance standards.
  • Monitor and resolve daily SAP ↔ legacy system interfaces, reconciling data discrepancies and generating exception reports to guarantee seamless integration.
  • Lead MM‑focused project workstreams, including configuration changes, upgrades, and new‑module roll‑outs; develop project plans, coordinate stakeholders, and track schedules against milestones.
  • Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes by validating GR/IR balances, inventory valuations, and purchase‑price variances, and preparing related analytical reports.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation (SOPs, user guides, configuration manuals) and deliver training sessions to enhance end‑user proficiency and knowledge sharing.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within material management, proposing enhancements such as workflow optimizations, Fiori apps, or RPA solutions to drive efficiency.
