Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in SAP OTC modules
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Experience in Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, and Returns.
• Good understanding of Customer Master Data and Credit Management.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA OTC processes and Fiori applications.
• Knowledge of integration with SAP modules such as MM, FI/CO, WM/EWM, and TM.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and design effective SAP solutions.
• Experience preparing functional specifications and working with technical/ABAP teams.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Experience in system testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
• Knowledge of SAP interfaces, IDocs, EDI, APIs, and integration concepts.
• Ability to create process documentation, test scripts, and training materials.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in implementation, rollout, upgrade, or support projects.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Gather and understand business requirements from stakeholders.
• Configure and support SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes in SAP SD.
• Manage sales orders, pricing, deliveries, billing, and returns processes.
• Work closely with business users to improve sales and customer fulfillment processes.
• Collaborate with other SAP teams (MM, FI, WM/EWM, etc.) to ensure seamless process integration.
• Prepare functional specifications for system enhancements and developments.
• Perform system testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate solutions.
• Support SAP implementation, upgrade, rollout, and migration projects.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Assist with data migration, master data management, and system cutover activities.
• Create and maintain process documentation and training materials.
• Train and support end users on SAP OTC functionality.
• Participa te in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize business processes.
• Provide post-go-live and ongoing production support.
• Client-facing consulting and workshop facilitation.
• Requirement management and solution definition.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
• Experience working in global delivery and Agile environments.
Salary Range: $94,000 - $140,000 a year
