  • Validate and reconcile master data across SAP and connected business applications.
  • Support mass data maintenance and migration activities using SAP data load tools and workflow solutions.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights into data quality and business performance.
  • Document data standards, business rules, policies, and operating procedures.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on master data accuracy, efficiency, and governance compliance.
  • Communicate findings, recommendations, and business impacts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Education & Experience

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on SAP Material Master experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in Master Data Governance, Data Quality, or Material Master Management.
  • Strong understanding of SAP Material Master data structures, business processes, and related transaction data.
  • Experience with SAP T-Codes, Fiori Applications, tables, and data relationships.
  • Proven experience investigating data issues and performing root cause analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills including data analysis, pivot tables, lookups, and data validation.
  • Experience building reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.

Preferred

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
  • Experience with Automate (Winshuttle) Studio and Evolve.
  • Experience with SQL and data querying tools.
  • Experience supporting data governance frameworks and data stewardship programs.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, diagnose data issues, and recommend solutions.
  • Expert understanding of SAP Material Master data and related business processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to analyze complex data relationships across multiple systems.
  • Knowledge of data governance, master data management, and data quality best practices.
  • Ability to challenge assumptions and drive fact-based decision making.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently often with minimal supervision.
  • Effective collaboration and influence across cross-functional teams.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on process optimization and operational excellence
