Job description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Architect to oversee our data collection, design, and warehouse infrastructure. In this role, you will lead the strategic modeling of new data warehouses, optimize existing data systems, and enforce robust data governance policies to ensure high performance and data integrity across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Data Modeling & Architecture: Design, implement, and manage data warehouses, data marts, and data stores. Create models for new development and system upgrades.
  • Performance Optimization: Diagnose and resolve database performance, scalability, and access issues. Identify gaps and inefficiencies to streamline data systems.
  • Data Governance: Oversee and enforce data standards, master data management, and security policies.
  • Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze needs, and deliver scalable data solutions.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Database Expertise: Deep understanding of relational database structures, principles, and theories. Direct experience with SQL Database and SQL Management Studio.
  • Technical Stack: * Proficiency in SQL and modern programming languages (e.g., .NET, C#, Java).
    • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, and Windows Server OS.
    • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to build rapport with cross-functional teams and clearly resolve technical issues.
Experience & Education Requirements
