Job description

Title: SAP PTP Consultant
Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities
  • Requirement Gathering & Process Design:ย 
Work with business stakeholders to collect requirements, analyze existing processes, and design optimized Procure-to-Pay (PTP) and Materials Management (MM) solutions.ย 
  • System Configuration & Customization:ย 
Configure and customize SAP MM modules in S/4HANA, including Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, Vendor Master, and Material Master data.ย 
  • Project Implementation:ย 
Lead and manage the MM workstream in S/4HANA implementation and migration projects.ย 
  • Integration:ย 
Ensure seamless integration of MM with other SAP modules such as Sales and Distribution (SD), Financial Accounting (FI), and Warehouse Management (WM).ย 
  • Testing & Support:ย 
Develop and execute test plans, prepare test data, troubleshoot issues, and provide post-implementation support for MM processes.ย 
  • Documentation & Training:ย 
Prepare detailed documentation, functional specifications, and train end-users on S/4HANA MM functionalities and best practices.ย 
  • Process Expertise:ย 
Apply expertise in core MM and PTP processes, such as Inventory Management, Material Valuation, Contracts, Outlines Agreements, and Stock Transport Orders.ย 
Required Skills and Experience
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Materials Management (MM) and theย SAP S/4HANAย platform.ย 
  • Proven experience with theย Procure-to-Pay (PTP)ย cycle.ย 
  • Familiarity with SAP MM configuration, including Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, and Vendor Master data.ย 
  • Experience with S/4HANA-specific changes and Fiori apps related to MM.ย 
  • Ability to document requirements, create functional specifications, and develop test cases.ย 
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills
