  • Document Management: Assisting with the maintenance and organization of QMS documents, procedures, and forms. Ensuring documents are up-to-date and compliant with relevant standards. Uploading and organizing files in electronic systems.
  • Control & manage process & equipment changes
  • Process Management: Organize and process operational process deviations in SAP system Schedule and monitor layered process audits Collecting data from various sources to support QMS reporting and analysis. Assisting with data cleaning, analysis, and structuring of reports.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
