Sap Ibp Project Manager Jobs (NOW HIRING)

We are looking for a skilled SAP IBP Consultant and Business Solutions Architect to join our team and support critical ERP and PDC enablement projects.

As a SAP IBP Consultant and Business Solutions Architect, you will design, configure, and optimize SAP IBP Demand, Supply & Response, and Inventory Optimization modules. Your expertise will ensure the system supports high-volume, exception-driven parts planning aligned with business needs and enterprise priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP IBP solution architecture and implementation.
• Design technical architecture for Demand Planning, Supply & Response Planning, and Inventory Optimization.
• Develop integration solutions using SAP CPI-DS, SDI, and RTI.
• Configure IBP modules for high-volume transaction processing including purchase orders and order lines.
• Create exception-driven planning workflows.
• Align solutions with enterprise IT strategy and SAP roadmap.
• Facilitate business requirements workshops and discovery sessions.
• Analyze gaps between business needs and SAP IBP capabilities.
• Recommend configuration solutions, enhancements, and alternative approaches.
• Design solutions for large-scale exception management such as shortages and supply constraints.
• Enhance processing performance for large volumes of planning data.
• Optimize system responsiveness and scalability.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Parts Operations, and IT stakeholders to translate business challenges into SAP IBP solutions.
• Manage a prioritized roadmap aligned with PDC enablement, ERP rollout, and post-go-live enhancements.
• Define and optimize planning areas, key figures, and master data structures.
• Support data readiness including cleansing, transformation, and harmonization.
• Ensure integration between SAP IBP, SAP ECC, and external systems.
• Support PDC blueprinting and phased implementation activities.
• Participate in all project lifecycle phases including design, build, test, deploy, and hypercare.
• Support user acceptance testing and continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to SAP IBP best practices, IT standards, and governance.
• Document solution architecture, processes, and milestones.
• Support long-term SAP IBP maturity and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of SAP IBP implementation and solution architecture experience.
• Hands-on expertise with SAP IBP Demand Planning, Supply Planning / Response & Supply, and Inventory Optimization.
• Experience with SAP CPI-DS, SDI, RTI, and SAP ERP integrations (ECC and/or S/4HANA).
• Strong experience in high-volume, exception-based planning environments.
• Proven expertise in business requirements analysis and solution design.
• Experience with full software development lifecycle and enterprise architecture design.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aftermarket, service parts, or distribution-focused business environments.
• Experience supporting multi-ERP consolidation or transformation initiatives.
• Exposure to data lake and advanced analytics platforms.
• Experience supporting large-scale transaction environments involving purchase orders, order lines, and exception management.
• Ability to assess SAP IBP limitations and recommend alternative business or technical solutions.
