Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 15+ years of SAP experience with strong functional expertise in one or more modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, MM, SD, FICO, PP, WM).
  • Proven ability to interact with customer stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP module functionalities, configurations, and best practices.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions and architecture designs.
  • Experience in providing architect-level consultation, including solution blueprinting and roadmap definition.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, etc.).
  • Expertise in integration across SAP modules and with external/legacy systems.
  • Ability to lead functional discussions, workshops, and requirement gathering sessions.
  • Experience in solution design documentation, functional specifications, and governance.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Hybrid delivery models.
  • Good to have experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations or transformations.
  • Knowledge of SAP integration tools (IDoc, APIs, middleware).
  • Exposure to SAP Activate methodology.
  • SAP certification in relevant functional module(s).
