We are seeking an experienced SAP Security Engineer to support enterprise-wide SAP security operations, governance, and compliance initiatives. This role will focus on SAP security architecture, role design, SAP GRC administration, Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis, audit support, and risk remediation across a complex SAP ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Security and SAP GRC Access Control modules, along with experience supporting large-scale SAP environments including S/4HANA, Fiori, HANA DB, and related cloud and integration technologies.

SAP GRC & Compliance Responsibilities:
  • Configure and support SAP GRC Access Control (Version 12.X or higher)
  • Manage and support:
    • Emergency Access Management (EAM)
    • Access Risk Analysis (ARA)
    • Access Request Management (ARM)
    • Business Role Management (BRM)
    • User Access Reviews (UAR)
  • Conduct Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and remediation activities
  • Support SOX compliance and audit-related security controls
  • Facilitate user access certifications, reviews, and workflow approvals
  • Manage firefighter access requests and emergency access governance processes
Project & Operational Support:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for:

Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in SAP Security and SAP GRC Access Control
  • Hands-on experience with SAP GRC modules including:
    • EAM
    • ARA
    • ARM
    • BRM
    • UAR
  • Strong understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) concepts and compliance frameworks
  • Experience supporting enterprise SAP environments including S/4HANA and HANA-based systems
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience supporting SOX audits and compliance requirements
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced and evolving environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience serving in a Solution Architect or technical lead capacity
  • Experience defining SAP security solutions for enterprise projects and change requests
  • Familiarity with SAP cloud and integration technologies
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and governance frameworks
