Job description

We are seeking a seasoned SAP FICO Support Consultant to join our team in San Diego. This is a core FICO support role focused on maintaining and enhancing Finance and Cost Management (FCM) solutions. The ideal candidate will support SAP FI/CO and related ERP logistics modules, and collaborate closely with offshore teams.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and maintenance for SAP FI/CO modules and related business systems.
  • Assist in the implementation and enhancement of FCM solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including international stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP product costing and profitability analysis.
  • Ensure alignment with business requirements and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Business, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 7–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and/or development.
  • Minimum of 2 full life cycle SAP project implementations.
  • Strong expertise in SAP product costing and profitability analysis.
  • Proficiency in FI module components including:
    • General Ledger (GL)
    • Accounts Payable (AP)
    • Accounts Receivable (AR)
    • Fixed Assets
    • Bank Accounting
    • Consolidation (preferred)
