Work you'll do

As a Manager on the SAP team, you will support clients across the solution lifecycle, from business process assessment through design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.

  • Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA), and SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) Order-to-Cash implementations across global business units, regions, and company codes.
  • Facilitate requirements, process assessment, fit-to-standard, and solution design workshops; translate business needs into SAP solutions across financial structures, company codes, currencies, tax, profit centers, cost centers, business partners, and General Ledger integration.
  • Lead the design and delivery of SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing and FI-CA processes, including billing, invoicing, payments, clearing, collections, dispute management, reconciliation, and integrations with Convergent Mediation.
  • Oversee functional design, integration, testing, cutover, go-live, upgrades, data archiving, hypercare, production stabilization, incident resolution, and transition to business-as-usual operations across SAP and third-party platforms.
  • Build client relationships while leading cross-functional teams, mentoring practitioners, supporting knowledge transfer, and contributing to proposals, estimates, and solution development for Deloitte's SAP Finance offerings.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree plus 10+ years of experience in SAP, enterprise resource planning (ERP), or consulting
  • 8+ years of SAP consulting, implementation, or transformation experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA), SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM), or Order-to-Cash processes
  • Experience supporting 4+ full-lifecycle SAP implementations or transformation programs and leading 2+ implementations or major functional workstreams
  • Hands-on functional design and configuration experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance or SAP Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA), including financial structures, business partners, tax, payments, clearing, collections, receivables, or payables
  • 2+ years of SAP Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA) experience and experience with SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) Convergent Invoicing and Convergent Mediation
  • Experience integrating SAP with banks, payment providers, billing platforms, and enterprise applications using SAP Process Integration/Process Orchestration (PI/PO), Application Interface Framework (AIF), application programming interfaces (APIs), remote function calls (RFCs), proxies, web services, or file-based interfaces
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

  • 2+ years of client service delivery experience in a consulting or professional services firm supporting large enterprise transformation engagements

This compensation range is specific to California and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $159,100 to $265,100.
