Job description

Are you an experienced Class A driver looking for a carrier that respects your home time and pays top mileage rates? We are currently adding professional Independent Contractors (1099) to our Midwest regional and OTR divisions.

We offer highly competitive CPM pay and clear, structured schedules that get you home to the Chicago area either every weekend or every other weekend.

Choose Your Schedule & Pay Structure
  • Reefer Drivers (Home Weekly): $0.68 CPM

    (Requires residency within 100 miles of Chicago)

  • Reefer Drivers (Home Bi-Weekly): $0.73 CPM

    (Requires residency within 101–250 miles of Chicago)

  • Dry Van Drivers: Earn a steady rate exactly $0.03/mile less than the Reefer rates listed above ($0.65 - $0.70 CPM based on home time selection).
Hiring Requirements
  • Active Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
  • At least 2 full years (24 months) of verifiable commercial driving experience
  • A clean, stable work history and solid safety record
  • Fully compliant with DOT safety regulations. (Drivers who have completed Step 6 of the SAP Return-to-Duty process are welcome to apply, pending a thorough safety review).
