Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of recent tractor-trailer driving experience
  • DUI and felony history reviewed on a case-by-case basis
  • Must meet all DOT safety and hiring requirements
  • SAP drivers welcome if step 6 is complete and driver has experience with another carrier after completion
Pay & Home Time
  • Average weekly pay: $1,250-$1,500

    -CPM paid on ALL miles - loaded or empty

  • Southwest regional routes

  • Home weekly for reset (typically 5-5.5 days out)

  • 34-48 hour reset at home

Freight & Equipment
  • Dry van freight

  • 70% drop & hook with some live load/unload

  • 100% no-touch freight

  • Assigned newer equipment (Kenworth, Freightliner, and International)

  • Option to take truck home during home time (where applicable)

Additional Benefits
  • Detention and breakdown pay: $20 per hour

  • Up to $2,000 401(k) match available
