MUST HAVES:

  • Extensive knowledge of SAP Oil & Gas industry solutions, particularly in downstream operations.
  • Strong understanding of renewable fuel credits systems like RINS and LCFS.
  • Experience in leading fit-to-standard workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
  • Familiarity with SAP solutions for tracking and managing renewable fuel credits.
  • Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into functional specifications.
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Oil & Gas industry solutions.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements related to emissions reporting and carbon credits.
  • Knowledge of SAP IDP Renewals Management solution is nice to have.
  • Background in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field

Job Description:

  • Lead requirements gathering workshops with customers for renewable fuel credits management solutions.
  • Offer technical guidance on industry solutions for carbon credits tracking and renewables management.
  • Analyze customer business processes and map them to SAP IDP Renewals Management solution processes for renewables tracking.
  • Recommend best practices for implementing industry-specific solutions within SAP for RINS, LCFS, and similar programs.
  • Provide expertise on integrating renewables management with existing SAP Oil & Gas modules.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong skills in evaluating business requirements to determine product roadmap strategy alignment and potential best practice solution approaches.
  • Ability to work effectively with SI through leading and planning Fit-to-Standard & Detail Design (Explore) and working with SI as the deployment transitions from Explore to Build phases.
  • Work closely with the SAP Design Success team to ensure alignment with overall project objectives.
  • Contribute to design workshops, requirements gathering, and solution validation.
  • Provide expert guidance and support during the project lifecycle.
  • Skills in analyzing pain points provided by the customer and assisting the team/scrum to produce solution scenarios to be shared with the customer.
  • Identifies and communicates challenges to Solution Design Lead and SAP HCVC (Hydrocarbon Value Chain) Delivery Lead.
