strong working experience in HR modules like Payroll (PY), Compensation (CM), Succession Planning (SP), Performance Management (PM), Competency (CT) , Learning (LN), E-Recruiting(ER) and KPI's
Latest HANA experience is preferred.
HR/HCM experience should be fairly recent
