The SAP Business Analyst role works within the Enterprise Service IT Department to develop and deliver IT solutions that are used across multiple platforms and countries. This critical role provides consulting, conception and implementation services to achieve business process outcomes within our SAP landscape that deliver important continuous support and improvement for our internal customers. This position focuses on support for the SAP Finance and Controlling team, SAP FICO, ensuring efficient processes within the finance area. ** Candidates must have experience with the SAP FICO module.
Make an impact
  • Provide project activities and service availability for FICO functionality within the implemented SAP solutions (ECC 6.0 as well as S/4 HANA)
  • Coordinate change requests within SAP FICO
  • Analyze and create concepts of various financial and controlling requirements
  • Support (Incident resolution / document / train / consult) in FICO.
  • Support of Vertex tax system
  • Support of EasyInvoice AP application
  • Support of SnapPay credit card application
  • Take ownership to fulfill promised service levels as defined/agreed in service level KPIs.
  • Interact with key business users, First Line Support Analysts.
  • Team with stakeholders and key users in the regions to provide SAP expertise.
  • Responsible for SAP security roles for assigned areas
  • Coordinate with external partners
  • Documentation of processes and implementation
  • Support SAP Migrations

What you need to succeed
  • Bachelor/Master degree with focus on finance/informatics or comparable
  • 5 + years functional experience in SAP FICO, with rollout experience (>2 lifecycles), trainer and post-go-live support experience.
  • Excellent hands-on customizing knowledge of SAP FICO
  • Proven understanding of integration with PS, SD and MM modules
  • Team player with a strong customer service and solution orientation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Understanding of SAP ABAP
  • Experience with SAP interfaces and FICO Add-Ons

Salary range for this position is $90,000 - $105,000. Salary will be commensurate with experience and skillset. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical / dental / vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, disability, 401k matching (up to 8%).
