  • Participer aux revues de service (performance, qualite, amelioration continue).
  • Gerer incidents, problemes et changements sur les environnements SAP et infrastructure.
  • Collaborer avec les equipes Apps/DB/Infra et notre Service Center.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in service review meetings (performance, quality, continuous improvement).
  • Manage incidents, problems, and changes across SAP applications and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with App/DB/Infra teams and our Service Center to resolve issues.
  • Communicate effectively with the CTO & SAP Service Delivery Manager on major escalations.
