Responsabilites:

  • Participer aux revues de service (performance, qualite, amelioration continue).
  • Gerer incidents, problemes et changements sur les environnements SAP et infrastructure.
  • Collaborer avec les equipes Apps/DB/Infra et notre Service Center.
  • Escalader et communiquer efficacement avec le CTO & le SAP Service Delivery Manager.
  • Assurer une experience client irreprochable.
  • Rester a l'affut des innovations SAP et cloud.


Competences et experiences requises :

  • 5+ ans d'experience en administration SAP (ECC, S/4HANA, PI/PO, SolMan, BI/BW).
  • Certification HANA 2.0 (obligatoire).
  • Experience avec Sybase.
  • Connaissance des hyperscalers (GCP, Azure, AWS) - un atout.
  • Experience avec SAP RISE.
  • Excellente communication, esprit collaboratif, sens du service.
  • Bilingue FR/EN.
