Job Description

Job Title: SAP Business Analyst (#1729)

Location: Maplewood, MN

Duration: 12+ Months

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Support training content including, organization, tracking updates, quality reviews, and assisting with major redesigns

Migrate IBM Sharepoint 365 site communities. General content management, creation and publishing of release notes.

Assist with testing activities using project testing tool. Support automated testing requirements and test data prep

Assist with daily incident and change requests through resolution using supported tracking tools

Support daily operational reporting and metrics

Perform transactional data updates to SAP as needed

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or higher in from an accredited university

Minimum of five (5) years combined job related experience in Customer Service, SC, Logistics, and/or Information Technology fields
