We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of cross-functional initiatives by driving project execution, stakeholder engagement, and Agile team performance. In this role, you will partner closely with business stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, and cross-functional partners to manage project timelines, prioritize business needs, facilitate Agile delivery processes, and ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise with business analysis skills, excels at navigating complex stakeholder environments, and has a proven ability to drive projects from requirements gathering through implementation and release.
In this role, you will:

  • Partner with business stakeholders, content owners, and end users to gather, analyze, prioritize, document, and validate business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, process flows, and implementation documentation.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coordinate across engineering teams, product owners, business teams, and IS&T partners to ensure alignment and successful delivery of project objectives.
  • Monitor project health by tracking sprint metrics, team velocity, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and key performance indicators.
  • Provide clear and timely project status updates, executive reporting, escalation summaries, and stakeholder communications.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, test scenario development, defect tracking, and business validation activities.
  • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance team effectiveness, delivery quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Utilize project and collaboration tools including Radar, Jira, Wrike, Confluence, and related platforms to manage project execution and reporting.

  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, backlog management, and Agile ceremonies.
  • Proven ability to gather and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
  • Experience managing project schedules, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Radar, Wrike, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
  • Experience supporting UAT, testing coordination, release planning, and business validation activities.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

These will help you stand out:
