Le groupe de developpement SAP comprend des analystes fonctionnels, des developpeurs et des analystes d'assurance qualite. Le team lead Developpement SAP agit comme gestionnaire immediat des developpeurs SAP ABAP, Fiori et autres technologies BTP comme liaison avec le groupe des analystes fonctionnels. 

Le chef d'equipe SAP ABAP est responsable de la gestion d'une equipe de developpeurs ABAP, de la planification et de la livraison des projets SAP, tout en assurant la qualite du code et le respect des delais. Il agit comme point de contact principal entre les developpeurs et les equipes fonctionnelles ou de gestion de projet.

Responsabilites

   Coordonner le travail de chaque membre de l'equipe, en respectant la priorisation etablie par l'entreprise
   Assurer la performance des membres de l'equipe et la qualite de leur livrable
   Harmoniser les processus de l'equipe et mettre en place les meilleures pratiques de travail
   Assurer la performance de code et coordonner la strategie d'utilisation des differentes technologies SAP en cadre de l'entreprise.

Exigences du poste

   Minimum de 2-3 annees d'experience en poste Team Lead Developpement SAP.
   Baccalaureat en gestion des systemes d'information ou l'equivalent.
   Connaissance approfondie de modules SAP.
   Bonne comprehension du concept d'integration des modules de SAP.
   Posseder une grande capacite d'analyse.
   Collaborer a la formation et l'accompagnement des membres de l'equipe.
   Capacite a encadrer des ressources. 
   Connaissances SAP FIORI un atout.
   Bonne comprehension des processus de gestion d'inventaire et d'approvisionnement.
   Connaissance et experience du secteur de detail est un atout.
   Bonne aptitude au travail interpersonnel avec les usagers et les autres membres de l'equipe.
   Capacite a travailler de facon autonome et en equipe.
   Capacite a effectuer plusieurs taches simultanement.
   Habilete a gerer son temps et ses priorites.
