Je recrute actuellement pour une entreprise québécoise reconnue dans le secteur du commerce de détail, à la recherche d’un Chef d’équipe Développement SAP ABAP afin d’accompagner l’évolution de son environnement SAP et de soutenir une équipe de développeurs spécialisés.

Mission

Relevant de l’équipe de développement SAP, vous agirez à titre de gestionnaire de proximité auprès des développeurs SAP ABAP et collaborerez étroitement avec les analystes fonctionnels, les équipes projets et les différentes parties prenantes de l'organisation.
Vos principales responsabilités seront :
Encadrer, soutenir et coordonner les activités quotidiennes d’une équipe de développeurs SAP ABAP, SAP Fiori et technologies SAP BTP;
Assurer la répartition du travail selon les priorités d’affaires définies par l’organisation;
Veiller à la performance de l’équipe et à la qualité des livrables;
Mettre en place et maintenir les meilleures pratiques de développement et les standards de qualité;
Assurer l’optimisation et la performance du code dans l’environnement SAP;
Participer à la définition et à l’évolution des stratégies de développement SAP;
Collaborer avec les analystes fonctionnels afin de favoriser l’intégration efficace des solutions;
Agir comme point de contact principal entre les équipes techniques et les intervenants d’affaires;
Accompagner, former et développer les compétences des membres de l’équipe;
Contribuer à la planification, à l’exécution et à la livraison des projets SAP dans le respect des échéanciers.

Votre profil

Profil recherché
Baccalauréat en systèmes d’information, informatique ou domaine connexe;
Minimum de 2 à 3 ans d’expérience en gestion d’équipe ou en rôle de Team Lead SAP Développement;
Excellente maîtrise du développement SAP ABAP;
Bonne connaissance des modules SAP et de leur intégration;
Connaissance des technologies SAP Fiori (atout important);
Connaissance des technologies SAP BTP (atout);
Bonne compréhension des processus d’inventaire, d’approvisionnement et de logistique;
Expérience dans le secteur du commerce de détail (atout);
Excellentes capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes;
Leadership mobilisateur et aptitude à encadrer des ressources techniques;
Excellentes habiletés relationnelles et de communication;
Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément et à établir les bonnes priorités;
Autonomie, sens de l’organisation et esprit collaboratif.
Pourquoi l’anglais est requis
Ce poste évolue dans un environnement technologique où plusieurs outils, documentations techniques, plateformes SAP, partenaires technologiques et communications avec certains fournisseurs sont disponibles principalement en anglais. Une capacité fonctionnelle à travailler dans cette langue est donc nécessaire pour assurer la collaboration efficace avec l’ensemble des parties prenantes.
