*Teletravail : Hybride2 journees/semaine en presentiel centre-ville de Montreal*

Votre role

A titre de specialiste SAP ABAP, vous contribuerez activement a l'evolution, a l'optimisation et au maintien de solutions critiques au sein d'un environnement SAP complexe. Vous agirez comme reference technique aupres des equipes de developpement et participerez a la livraison de projets strategiques en mode Agile.

A quoi ressemblera votre quotidien?

  • Assurer un role de leadership technique en definissant les bonnes pratiques, les standards de developpement et les orientations technologiques.
  • Accompagner et soutenir les equipes dans la resolution de problematiques techniques complexes.
  • Participer aux activites de planification Agile, a l'estimation des efforts et au decoupage des recits utilisateurs.
  • Concevoir, developper et maintenir des solutions SAP robustes et performantes.
  • Collaborer avec les analystes, architectes et parties prenantes afin de traduire les besoins d'affaires en solutions techniques.
  • Realiser les analyses fonctionnelles et techniques requises pour les differents projets.
  • Veiller a l'integration harmonieuse des solutions avec l'ecosysteme applicatif existant.
  • Proposer des recommandations alignees sur les meilleures pratiques SAP.
  • Animer des ateliers de transfert de connaissances et contribuer au developpement des competences des equipes internes.
  • Participer a l'amelioration continue des processus, de la qualite du code et de la gestion de la dette technique.
  • Contribuer a la livraison de solutions respectant les echeanciers, les objectifs d'affaires et les standards de qualite.

Profil recherche

  • Minimum de 9 annees d'experience en developpement SAP.
  • Excellente maitrise du langage ABAP.
  • Solide experience dans l'environnement SAP S/4HANA.
  • Tres bonne connaissance du module SAP IS-U.
  • Connaissance du module SAP CRM.
  • Experience avec les developpements SAP Fiori.
  • Connaissance de la plateforme SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), un atout important.
  • Experience de travail dans un contexte Agile.
  • Bonne maitrise des outils Jira et Confluence.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en collaboration.
  • Francais impeccable, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit.
