Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Fiori & Embedded Analytics Expert to design, develop, and deploy modern SAP user experiences and real-time analytics within SAP S/4HANA. This role focuses on delivering intuitive Fiori applications, KPI dashboards, CDS-based analytics, and role-based insights that enhance business decision-making and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth in SAP UX architecture, CDS views, analytical queries, and KPI modeling, combined with excellent business-facing consulting skills.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Fiori Development & UX Enablement

  • Design, configure, and deploy SAP Fiori apps using both standard and custom approaches
  • Extend standard Fiori applications using SAPUI5 and adaptation tools
  • Develop custom applications using:
    • Fiori Elements
    • SAPUI5
    • OData services
  • Configure and manage:
    • Launchpad content
    • Spaces & Pages
    • Role-based navigation
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve user experience and drive process adoption

Embedded Analytics Development

  • Design and build Core Data Services (CDS) views
  • Create analytical queries, KPIs, multidimensional reports, and drill-down dashboards
  • Develop and deploy Smart Business KPIs
  • Enable real-time operational analytics inside SAP S/4HANA
  • Support migration from:
    • ECC reports
    • SAP BW legacy reporting
    • Custom ABAP reports
      to the embedded analytics architecture
  • Support migration from ECC GUI-based reporting to Fiori analytics
  • Identify opportunities to replace legacy reports with CDS views, KPI tiles, and Analytical List Pages
  • Participate in fit-gap workshops, UX strategy sessions, and reporting strategy definition

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on SAP Fiori experience
  • Strong experience with SAP Fiori Launchpad configuration
  • Proficiency with SAPUI5 and Fiori Elements
  • Deep expertise in Core Data Services (CDS Views)
  • Experience developing Analytical Queries, KPIs, and Smart Business dashboards
  • Solid experience with OData services
  • Strong understanding of S/4HANA Embedded Analytics architecture
  • Good knowledge of the Virtual Data Model (VDM) framework

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience leading analytics design workshops
