Providence Medical Group, Northern California (PMGNC) is seeking a highly skilled, experienced and dedicated Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join our esteemed cardiac team at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional surgical expertise, a commitment to patient-centered care, and a collaborative spirit to lead a multidisciplinary team across the Sonoma County region in partnership with other Clinicians.

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
