Bemidji Dialysis has an opening for a full time registered nurse (RN)!
The unit is open 5:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Saturday and closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to dialysis patients.

Job Description

This position offers an opportunity to work independently and collaboratively with Dialysis Technicians and other experienced Dialysis nurses. This position offers an opportunity to work with a team of motivated professionals to provide care and treatment for patients with end-stage renal disease. Your skills as a Dialysis Nurse at Sanford Health will continue to be challenged and advanced.

We're looking for detail-orientated, compassionate, and motivated registered nurses (RN) who can provide the high-quality care that patients and families deserve. Registered nurses who thrive on our team are adaptable, empathetic, great communicators, and have excellent time management skills. Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including, but not limited to, American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA).
Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific licensure, competencies and certifications.
