Job description

Wolverine Trucking Offers:



  • Ability to be home after every shift

  • Available schedule: 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
  • Typical schedule:  Monday to Friday, 60 hrs per week (some weekends may be required)

We are currently searching for CDL A driving professionals to complement our team in Brevort, MI.

Responsibilities:


  • Safely operate a tractor-trailer truck, pull both sand box and dump trailers

  • Haul various bulk sand material

  • Properly track and document activity log

  • Inspect truck before and after trip

  • Report any issues or incidents to operations manager.

Skills and Requirements:


  • Commercial driver's license (Class A) is mandatory

  • Minimum one-year truck driving experience under CDL A license preferred

  • Experience with sand box hauling is preferred

  • Ability to drive tractor-trailer on multiple routes

  • Must be able to perform routine inspection of the vehicle

  • Acceptable drivers abstract

  • Ability to handle physical workload

  • Strong work ethic

  • Communicate effectively

  • Flexibility to work weekends an asset

Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screen.
