Sand Construction, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects from groundbreaking through final completion. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing field operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedules, ensuring OSHA compliance, and delivering quality projects safely, on time, and within budget.

What You'll Do
  • Lead all day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and material deliveries.
  • Develop and maintain construction schedules to keep projects on track.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure OSHA compliance.
  • Conduct jobsite safety meetings and identify and correct safety concerns.
  • Review blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings.
  • Inspect work to ensure quality, workmanship, and code compliance.
  • Schedule and coordinate required inspections.
  • Maintain accountability for jobsite tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, architects, engineers, owners, and inspectors to resolve issues and keep projects moving.
  • Complete field documentation and perform other duties as needed to ensure project success.
Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Three (3) or more years of commercial construction experience.
  • Previous experience supervising construction crews or subcontractors.
  • Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Strong leadership, communication, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to travel as projects require.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Preferred

  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification.
  • First Aid, CPR, and AED Certification.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $100,000 – $125,000 annually

The anticipated starting salary for this position is $100,000 to $125,000 per year, depending on qualifications, experience, skills, and business needs.

Physical Requirements
