Sanctuary Medicinals in Littleton, MA is looking for one Irrigation Assistant to join our strong cultivation team! We are located on 234 Taylor Street. Our ideal candidate is motivated, hard-working, and eager to learn.

Job Summary

The primary responsibilities of the irrigation assistant are to work with irrigation leadership to ensure the performance and functionality of all equipment in and related to the water room as well as the irrigation in the flower rooms. The day typically starts with basic water sample testing, record keeping and communicating daily test results. On weekdays only, various cleaning processes are implemented to maintain the various systems used within the Water Room. Other tasks include scouting irrigation events in flower rooms, performing maintenance, as well as assisting with ongoing projects and upgrades throughout the facility. This is an unique opportunity to learn the inner workings of a hydroponics facility.

The schedule for this position is a rotating schedule 40 hours per week, 7am-5:30pm with every other weekend required!

Duties/Responsibilities

Testing water, record keeping, assisting with cleaning and sterilization processes in the water room and flower rooms, cleaning and building whips, maintaining flower room irrigation, scouting irrigation events, and assisting with various projects and room upgrades

Required Skills/Abilities

Attention to detail, strong work ethic, follow directions well, problem solving, punctual, good vibes!

Related Experience

Landscaping, plumbing, construction, experience with power tools.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to perform physical labor and lift 50 pounds, be comfortable working with heights of up to 20+ feet, work in warm/humid environments, work under bright lights and work in dark areas with green supplemental lights, must be over the age of 21. Must be able to work in an environment with kief in the air.
