Job Description

Storage Systems Administrator (Network Attached Storage (NAS)/Storage Area Network leadership skills supporting the SAN / DISK teams. Knowledge of SAN/DISK products is preferred. Team supports multiple SAN products including XIV, DSK, HP, EMC, TPC, Brocade, Cisco, and other products. A strong plus would be System Admin AIX, Unix, and Windows skills, experience working in or supporting a SAN environment.. Candidate must also posses strong skills in a customer support environment, excellent Communications skills (written and verbal), ability to communicate with all levels of management internally and externally, problem determination skills. Candidate must have proven technical leadership skills and the proven ability to work well in a team environment. IBM Storage (SVC SME) Storage SME with working knowledge of 'Infrastructure as a Service' (IaaS) using IBM storage solutions. Candidate must have experience using XIV and SVC components for both CLOUD and traditional storage infrastructure. This should include the ability to install, setup, configure, provision, and assist with hardware/software troubleshooting
