Job description

Mobile Gaming Advertiser Success Manager, Samsung Cloud Gaming:

The North America Content & Services (NAC&S) division develops services across Samsung’s mobile ecosystem. Our mission is to inspire and engage users with interactive and imaginative experiences.

This position will be responsible for executing and scaling the operational vision of our services across Samsung's Mobile Cloud Gaming platform. Operating at the intersection of Customer Success, Growth, and Ad Tech Operations, you will act as a key driver to accelerate the adoption and success of Samsung’s proprietary mobile cloud streaming product.

Gaming Hub is Samsung's owned and operated service preloaded on all Samsung Galaxy devices, providing a delightful, seamless game discovery and cloud gaming experience. As the Senior UA & Operations Manager, you will oversee the execution of partner’s paid user acquisition (UA) campaigns, manage partner success, and optimize operational workflows.

This role requires a sharp combination of operational excellence, deep mobile marketing expertise (at the DSP or ad tech platform level), relationship management, and data-driven execution. Working with Marketing, BD, Engineering, Data, and Operations teams across the US and Korea, you will drive the growth of our cloud streaming service through high-performing UA initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Partner Success & Account Management: Serve in a customer success and growth capacity for external game publishers and developers, helping them onboard, navigate ad tech stack, and achieve their ROI targets.
  • Campaign Execution & Optimization: Hands-on management, execution, and optimization of partners’ paid user acquisition (UA) campaigns to drive high-value users to Samsung’s Mobile Cloud Gaming platform.
  • Ad Tech Operations: Ensure UA campaigns are set up and delivered correctly, troubleshooting technical integration issues, and maximizing platform spend.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing, BD, and Product teams to align paid acquisition campaigns with broader business goals, product updates, and platform capabilities.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage hard data, attribution tools (MMPs), and ad tech metrics to measure campaign performance, assess ROI, and provide actionable campaign optimization insights to external partners as well as platform enhancement insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Manage regular progress reporting, campaign performance reviews, and growth strategies for executive leadership and global teams.
  • Global Execution: Coordinate with QA, engineering, and operations teams in both the US and Korea to ensure seamless global campaign launches and platform testing.

Qualifications

  • A self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a passion for the mobile gaming landscape.
  • Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience (or a master's degree with 6+ years) in paid user acquisition, ad operations, or growth marketing.
  • Industry Expertise: Strong background in mobile gaming, paid UA, and mobile ad tech platforms (DSPs, SSPs, networks, or mobile attribution/MMPs).
  • Operational Focus: Proven track record of managing and optimizing high-budget paid UA campaigns and operating as a Customer Success Manager or Growth Lead within an ad tech ecosystem.
  • Analytical Rigor: Outstanding quantitative skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets, monitor campaign KPIs (CPI, ROAS, LTV), and translate metrics into clear growth strategies.
  • Navigating Complexity: The ability to manage chaos, ambiguity, and highly matrixed, global organizations in a detailed, structured way.
  • Relationship Management: Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills; comfortable holding challenging strategic conversations with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Global Team Experience: Experience working with international teams is required; professional proficiency in the Korean language is a major plus.

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $175,000 and $215,000 base plus a bonus paid semiannually. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
