Job description


Your role at Samsonite:
Samsonite is seeking a dynamic, data-driven Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on paid social to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Acquisition, this role will play a key part in planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns with a primary emphasis on Meta, TikTok and other paid social platforms. You'll own the end-to-end execution of social campaigns, from creative ideation and testing to performance analysis and optimization, while supporting broader digital efforts across paid search and additional channels. Working cross-functionally with internal teams and agency partners, you'll help translate insights into action, ensuring consistent messaging and uncovering new, innovative ways to scale performance and grow our brands.
This is a hybrid role, we work on site 4 days and remotely 1 day, weekly.
  • Plan, execute, optimize, and report on a range of digital marketing campaigns, including paid social, paid search, and other performance media
  • Own Meta advertising initiatives: brainstorm, develop, test, and monitor ads, share meaningful insights, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Pull and analyze digital marketing data and performance metrics to identify trends, optimize ROI, and prepare detailed reports for leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agency partners on day-to-day activities to ensure consistency of messaging and voice across all media channels.
  • Stay current on new developments and emerging technologies in the digital environment; utilize learnings to work with D2C marketing team to develop new marketing initiatives.
  • Develop knowledge of competitors, industry trends, and best practices to make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to weekly marketing initiatives and project meetings.

Qualifications
We're excited if you have:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
  • Analytical understanding of data and methodologies used to inform decision-making that drives performance. Knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding and passion for the digital marketing industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as presentation and public-speaking skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple workflows or projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and is comfortable adding new ideas.
  • Ability to troubleshoot team and vendor problems and suggest a course of action to correct.

Preferred Skills and Industry experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing required, with a strong focus on paid social (Meta, TikTok, etc.). Agency background is a plus.
  • Familiarity with additional paid media platforms (Google, YouTube, etc.) required.
  • Computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office & Teams required
