What You'll Do

As our Inside Sales Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring outstanding customer experience while supporting sales growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer inquiries and sales orders through phone, email, and other channels with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support Account Executives and Business Development leaders by coordinating customer needs and delivering exceptional service.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, resolving issues and ensuring timely communication.
  • Promote new products, specials, and upsell opportunities to help customers discover additional solutions.
  • Coordinate special orders, product samples, and pricing updates.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly bid sheets to designated customers.
  • Provide product information and technical assistance as needed.
  • Communicate customer concerns related to quality, shortages, or service issues and work collaboratively to resolve them.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and team initiatives.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment and assist wherever needed.
