Job description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Environmental Services Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, working independently, and contributing to environmental safety and property health. You will play a key role in supporting inspection services through sample collection, equipment handling, and field testing. Opportunity for growth on an expanding team.

Compensation:

$20 - $30 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Perform radon monitor pick-ups and drop-offs
  • Conduct water sampling in accordance with testing protocols
  • Complete mold testing procedures, including air and surface sampling
  • Assist with sewer scope inspections using camera equipment
  • Perform well inspections following established guidelines
  • Conduct chimney inspections and document findings
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and chain-of-custody documentation
  • Ensure proper handling and care of tools and testing equipment
  • Communicate clearly with team members and clients as needed

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Ability to pass a drug screening
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
