Specific Responsibilities Would Include

The Sample Coordinator is responsible for managing all sample-related processes for the Under Armour Kids business at Centric Brands. This role serves as the central point of contact for showroom operations, sample management, photography coordination, and cross-functional communication. The Sample Coordinator ensures the timely organization, tracking, shipment, and distribution of product samples and visual assets to support sales, merchandising, marketing, design, and key account presentations.

This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong partnerships across internal teams and external partners.

Key ResponsibilitiesSample Management & Showroom Operations
  • Manage day-to-day showroom operations, ensuring all product samples are organized, maintained, and presentation-ready.
  • Coordinate the receipt, tracking, inventory, and movement of seasonal product samples across multiple categories.
  • Maintain accurate sample records and oversee sample storage, organization, and archiving processes.
  • Prepare and distribute samples for customer meetings, line reviews, sales presentations, and internal business reviews.
  • Monitor sample requests and ensure timely fulfillment of all internal and external needs.
Photography & Asset Coordination
  • Serve as the primary liaison for product sample and showroom photography requests.
  • Coordinate sample shipments to photography studios, agencies, and external partners.
  • Manage the collection, organization, and distribution of product imagery and photography assets.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Design, and Merchandising teams to ensure timely delivery of product images and visual materials.
  • Maintain digital asset libraries and ensure product information is accurate and up to date.
Cross-Functional Communication
  • Act as the central point of contact for all sample-related inquiries across Sales, Merchandising, Design, Production, and Marketing teams.
  • Communicate sample status, shipment tracking, and delivery timelines to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seasonal launches, customer presentations, and special projects.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sample management processes and operational efficiencies.
Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sample coordination, showroom management, merchandising support, product development, or a related function within the apparel or fashion industry.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and follow-through.
  • Proactive, team-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience working with product samples, photography coordination, and asset management systems is a plus.

Salary Range: $66,300 - $70,000

Our job postings include an annual base salary range at the time of employment. The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
