Salary: $40,000-$50,000

Summary: IHL is looking for a Sample Coordinator to join our team! The Sample Coordinator is responsible for managing the movement, organization, and tracking of product samples across multiple departments. This role supports the Sales team by ensuring all samples are organized, received, cataloged, maintained, and distributed efficiently across Design, Sales, and Production teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced fashion environment.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to gain additional wholesale experience and grow within the company.

Responsibilities:


  • Receive, unpack, and organize incoming product samples.
  • Maintain accurate sample inventory and tracking systems.
  • Label, photograph, and catalog samples as needed.
  • Ensure sample rooms and storage areas remain organized and presentable.
  • Conduct regular sample audits and inventory counts.
  • Prepare samples for customer meetings, line reviews, and market appointments.
  • Coordinate sample requests from Account Executives and Sales teams.
  • Track sample check-in/check-out activity.
  • Ensure timely return of borrowed samples.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years experience in a wholesale environment.
  • Previous experience working with off-price accounts is preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience working within the intimates category is preferred but not required.
  • Comfortable using various sales platforms.
  • Highly proficient in Excel.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Bachelors Degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field

Job Logistics

Location: New York, NY Midtown West

Schedule: This position is set to take place Monday-Friday in our office.

Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $40,000 to $50,000
