Purpose of Role

Under Armour is looking for a qualified and driven Account Manager - Outdoor Specialty. This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team managing the Outdoor business and impact the industry as no other company can. What will I do at Under Armour?
   Manage all Under Armour related business for Outdoor Specialty accounts - Including direct management of 10 sales agencies nationwide. Job tasks include but not limited to: seasonal sales presentations, order bank management, account marketing, daily account support, commissions reconciliation, trade show and events engagement, and sample management. 
   Drive growth with our existing product lines and categories, as well as develop new business initiatives within this account.
   Provide daily service and support to the Director of Outdoor, as well as the Customer Service, Marketing, Product and Planning teams that work on the business.
   Partner with Sales Planning to accurately forecast units/revenue.
   Implement and execute seasonal brand/account marketing plans to drive brand conversion.

Qualifications

   Bachelors Degree.
   5+ years of experience in apparel Sales preferably working with independent rep groups and specialty retailers. 
   Independent thinker, self-starter, and true team player
   Confidence in account presentations both digitally and in-person.
   Excellent communication and presentation skills.
   Understanding of outdoor industry and retailer needs. 
   Outdoor enthusiast a plus

Workplace Location
  • Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore office.
  • Work Schedule:This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 days in-office per week. 
  • Travel: 30%

Base Compensation

 $110,000.00-$150,000.00 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
