The position requires strong vendor relationship management and a commitment to operational excellence, aligning business objectives with customer-focused solutions to drive category performance and enhance the overall shopping experience.

The team leads merchandising and purchasing for RV accessories and automotive coolant, focusing on category strategy and financial management to meet business goals. They collaborate across functions to optimize supplier relationships, pricing, and inventory decisions. Using data-driven insights and customer-focused approaches, the team supports strategic initiatives and promotional execution.
