Role and Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Responsible for understanding the financial operations and processes for various business units. Provide assistance with financial reporting and analysis. This position will participate in process evaluation, ad hoc reporting, and various financial duties. Individual contributor that works under limited supervision. Works independently, and considered a seasoned and experienced professional with adequate understanding of own job area. Determines approach to work, and is monitored/supervised based more on milestone basis, and at key deliverable junctures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for FOC/Sample Management process. This person will take full responsibility of Sample Management from beginning to end. They will work with the project managers for the request, Samsung Warehouse for the shipping and then work with our 3rd party vendor pick up and bring units back to our Sample Warehouse.
  • Responsible for training the HA Sales & Marketing team on Sample process.
  • Responsible for monthly reconciliation with system and warehouse for units and scrapping.
  • Responsible for tracking units as they leave warehouses and tracking them to their location, as needed.
  • Responsible for review and processing of HA invoices. This person will confirm all backup is attached, and submit the invoice for processing.
  • Will be the backup for the ATL/BTL process to the Finance Manager.
  • Responsible for building and maintaining knowledge database.
  • Will be assigned to special short-term projects.
  • Applies advanced technical knowledge of departmental principles and procedures.
  • Performs work within company and regulatory guidelines.
  • Adhoc projects as needed including reporting and monthly reports.

Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as life sciences, supply chain, or business).
  • Experience: 2 to 5+ years in sample management, laboratory operations, or inventory logistics.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory software, database management, and tracking technology (barcoding, LIMS).
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and clear communication abilities.
