Job description

Are you a movement maker? Are you seeking new and exciting career opportunities?Here is what you need to know about the job:

We are seeking a Senior Account & Production Manager to drive the execution of our US expansion, partnering closely with design, merchandising, and global vendors to bring product to market across key customers. This role will oversee the end-to-end process from development through final delivery, ensuring product is delivered on time, within cost, and to quality standards whilst building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end production and development process across fashion, accessories and home for key customers
  • Partner with design, merchandising, and technical teams to execute product from concept through final delivery
  • Manage production timelines and critical paths, ensuring all milestones are met
  • Communicate daily with overseas factories and vendors on sample status, approvals, and production updates
  • Oversee sample development, fittings, and approvals, ensuring product integrity and consistency
  • Track and manage WIP (Work in Progress), identifying risks and driving solutions
  • Ensure on-time delivery, quality standards, and cost targets are consistently met
  • Support costing and margin management, working closely with vendors and internal teams
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production and development issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain strong relationships with manufacturing partners and cross-functional teams

Role Requirements

  • 3-6+ years of experience in account/client management, production, product development, or sourcing within apparel
  • Proven ability to manage the full product lifecycle from development through delivery
  • Experience working with overseas factories and global teams
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Compensation/Benefits:

  • The approximate annual base salary range for this position is $95,000.00 - $100,000.00. The offered salary or salary range for this position will vary based on role requirements, skill set and years of experience.
