Job Title: Laboratory Technician
Industry: Food Manufacturing
Location: Milwaukee, WI 53225
Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
12-Hour Shift
4 Days On / 4 Days Off (Rotating Schedule)

Duration: 4 Months
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine laboratory testing on raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Document and communicate test results.
• Monitor and calibrate laboratory instruments.
• Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs on testing equipment.
• Support food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance programs.
• Maintain laboratory records and databases.
• Assist with inspections, trials, and quality investigations.
Required Skills:
• Laboratory testing and sample analysis.
• Data entry and documentation.
• Instrument calibration and maintenance.
• Understanding of food safety and quality procedures.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
