  Dealership Building Maintenance Technician – Job Description

Position Summary

A Dealership Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the dealership’s buildings, grounds, equipment, and overall facility appearance. This role helps ensure a safe, clean, and professional environment for customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general building maintenance and repairs

  • Maintain showroom, offices, service department, and customer areas

  • Repair or troubleshoot minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues

  • Replace light bulbs, filters, ceiling tiles, and fixtures

  • Conduct routine inspections of the facility and equipment

  • Maintain dealership grounds including:

    • Lawn care

    • Snow removal

    • Salting sidewalks

    • Trash removal

  • Operate maintenance equipment and tools safely

  • Coordinate with outside contractors when needed

  • Maintain cleanliness of parking lots, entrances, and service drive
