Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who is eager to learn and grow within a legal environment.


Compensation

$45,000 – $60,000 annual salary, proportionate with professional experience

In compliance with Virginia law, the wage range for this position is $45,000 to $60,000 annually, set in good faith based on the budgeted amount available for the position and prior compensation ranges for similar roles.


Primary Responsibilities

·     Answer and manage incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner

·     Coordinate and maintain attorney and staff schedules and calendars

·     Perform basic administrative tasks to support daily office operations


Qualifications

·     Strong organizational and time-management skills

·     Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Work Schedule

This position is on a full-time basis, in office, with regular hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The firm is closed on all federal holidays.
