Job description

Role Summary
The TikTok Shop Coordinator provides key operational, administrative, and sourcing support for the brand’s TikTok Shop affiliate program. Working closely with the Influencer & Affiliate Manager, this role helps identify promising creators, coordinates sample shipments, tracks creator content, and assists with day-to-day administrative tasks in the TikTok Shop Affiliate Center. By handling routine workflows and logistical tasks, the Coordinator assists the broader team in maintaining an active network of brand partners.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Talent Discovery Support: Assist in researching and identifying brand-aligned micro-creators on TikTok using hashtags, platform trends, and the TikTok Shop Creator Marketplace.
  • Outreach Assistance: Support the team by conducting initial creator outreach and sending out collaboration invites through the TikTok Shop Affiliate Center.
  • Sample Fulfillment & Logistics: Help place, track, and monitor creator sample orders to ensure products arrive in a timely manner.
  • PR Mailer Assembly: Join the team in physically packing, assembling, and organizing monthly PR packages, custom seeding kits, and product inventory.
  • Affiliate & Shop Maintenance: Assist with basic tasks inside the TikTok Shop Affiliate Center, such as tracking active sample requests, organizing affiliate links, and monitoring store inquiries.
  • Database & Content Tracking: Keep creator tracking sheets updated with current contact details, package delivery status, and links to live creator posts.
  • Asset Archiving: Save and organize live shoppable videos, creator posts, and user-generated content into shared drives for team access.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: 0–2 years of experience or relevant internship experience in social media, influencer outreach, or e-commerce administration.
  • TikTok Familiarity: Active interest in TikTok trends, creator content, and basic understanding of how TikTok Shop works.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, clear written communication, keen attention to detail, and a good eye for brand fit.
  • Software: Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel. Exposure to task management tools (Asana, Monday, ClickUp) or the TikTok Shop Affiliate Center is a plus.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to participate in monthly team packaging sessions—standing, bending, packing, and lifting boxes up to 30 lbs to help prepare PR mailers and creator gifts.
