Join a premier, physician-owned private anesthesia group in the dynamic Atlanta metropolitan area as a Full-Time Outpatient Anesthesiologist (Adult & Pediatric). This 1099 employee position offers long-term stability, elite earning potential, and complete clinical independence within high-efficiency ambulatory surgery centers and office-based practices. Focus exclusively on rewarding, low-acuity outpatient cases while enjoying predictable hours, and a collaborative culture that values physician input and work-life harmony.

Elite Compensation Package: $450,000-$550,000 guaranteed base salary.

Predictable, Protected Schedule: 5 days/week (typically 7 AM-3 PM or 8 AM-4 PM), 8 clinical hours guaranteed daily, with no call, no nights, no weekends, and no holidays.

Broad, Engaging Caseload: Deliver independent anesthesia for urology, orthopedics, podiatry, pediatric dental rehabilitation, oral/maxillofacial surgery, plastics/cosmetics, ENT, and pain procedures in state-of-the-art ASCs.

Practice with full autonomy alongside a stable, tenured core of surgeons and staff; group covers all overhead, billing, and credentialing.
