This is a full-time, remote position where you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals, couples, and families in navigating their mental health challenges. Work Environment

Our work environment is primarily remote, tailored to promote work-life balance while ensuring that our clinicians have access to the resources and support they need. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will primarily provide therapy through a secure teletherapy platform, allowing you the flexibility to connect with clients in a comfortable setting.   • Conduct thorough assessments and utilize diagnostic tools to accurately identify mental health disorders.
  • Create customized treatment plans based on individual client needs, goals, and life circumstances.
  • Lead therapeutic sessions that may include individual and group therapy, ensuring effective intervention strategies are employed.
  • Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment strategies in response to client progress and feedback.
  • Facilitate referrals to specialized practitioners and resources as necessary to support client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population encompassing individuals of various ages, couples, and families facing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and complex family dynamics. Qualifications
  • Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits
